Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Podollan Grande Prairie Inn & Spa Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory levels
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • ProServe program certification
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
