Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at ROYAL CURRY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
