Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the second line of defense activities for risk management and regulatory compliance. This includes identifying, assessing, measuring, and monitoring risks inherent to business activities and the business line controls in place to manage them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create effective presentations for all levels of the organization. A related degree (business) and at least five years of related work experience are preferred.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Additional Responsibilities
The Risk and Compliance Lead will also be responsible for:
- Developing, documenting, and periodically reviewing policies and procedures;
- Designing and improving reporting to understand key risk indicators;
- Responding to inquiries, complaints, and incident investigation requests with urgency;
- Participating in projects where subject matter expertise is critical;
- Creating board reports and participating in government policy consultations.
