Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food service operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A college education or equivalent certificate/diploma
