We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales and Account Executive focused on the Ontario market.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into paying clients.
Requirements
- B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within the staffing sector.
- Proven Success: A track record of achieving sales targets, closing deals, and expanding business accounts.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, a passion for long-term growth and success, and a willingness to commute across the GTA and travel (up to 10% in Canada and the US).
