About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our client's team. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in growing and developing existing clients, generating new business, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders, driving business growth and expansion.
  2. Identify, implement, and execute new strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
  3. Prepare and present sales forecasts, highlighting business opportunities and growth potential.
  4. Stay informed about industry developments and their impact on the organization's competitiveness and product offerings.
  5. Host customer meetings, Innovation days, and deliver high-level presentations, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  6. Manage key account planning and responsibilities, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  7. Develop clear and effective proposals/quotes for current and existing customer base.
  8. Address all customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate as required.
  9. Participate in trade shows, training seminars, and conventions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  10. Coordinate sales efforts with Marketing, Inventory, and Operations teams.
  11. Some travel in Canada and the US may be required.
