Transform Employee Experience with Our Compensation Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Advisor to join our Total Rewards team at Alithya Group inc. As a key member of our compensation management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience by implementing, enhancing, and administering compensation management policies and procedures on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Direct Compensation Programs: Participate in the development and implementation of compensation program policies and practices, support the company's salary review, bonus, and incentive processes, and manage long-term incentive programs and the company's Share Purchase Plan.
  • Manage Salary Structures: Review and/or implement salary structures, maintain job architecture and internal equity, participate in various compensation surveys to obtain market data, and ensure that compensation structures are aligned with the reference market.
  • Provide Expertise on International Compensation Issues: Collaborate with various internal partners by providing expertise or training.
  • Work with the Human Capital Team: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects with members of the Human Capital team and the payroll department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, actuarial science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR team, preferably in compensation management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers, clients, and suppliers outside of Quebec, as well as to read and understand documentation.
