Join Our Team as a Compensation Senior Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Compensation team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation practices and strategies.

About the Role

As a Compensation Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing compensation policies and programs that align with our business objectives
  • Providing expert advice on compensation matters to various stakeholders, including business leaders and employees
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation initiatives that drive business results
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and business partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or a university certificate and 9 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in compensation, particularly in developing compensation policies and programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
