Key Responsibilities

  • Authorise payment by cheque and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Establish work schedules and monitor sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a team of sales floor staff to achieve business objectives.
