Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to our customers in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to our quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, ensuring that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
