Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and manage a team of 3-4 people or up to 10 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and team player.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy and odour-filled environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
