Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Wasaga Beach.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the business and staff, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
