About the JobWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Kitchen Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, leadership, and cooking. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and managing inventory and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain high food quality standards by inspecting kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure health and safety standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen leadership position
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
