Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Arby's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Free parking available
- Learning/training paid by employer
- Permanent employment
- 34 to 40 hours per week
