Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Arby's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that food and supplies are available when needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, as well as maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
