Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at A&W Martensville.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and heating and finishing simple food items.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
