Position Overview

As a Travel Operations Supervisor at Travels4U Corp., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients while maintaining high productivity standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the travel industry.
Work Environment

This position is based in a dynamic travel agency setting, where you will be responsible for guiding a team of 5-10 individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and perform duties similar to those of the team members you supervise.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members to optimize workflow.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service delivery.
