Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and leading a team of reservations agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our travel agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations agents to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports on reservations performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced travel agency environment.
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • May be required to travel for training or business purposes.
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check required.

Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
