Job Title: Reservations Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Team Lead to join our team at Travels4U Corp. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and leading a team of reservations agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations agents to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
