Job Title: Reservations Team Lead

At Travels4U Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to handle any situation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of 5-10 reservations agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
* Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and productivity
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Assist clients with special needs and co-ordinate, assign, and review work
* Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a travel agency or related industry
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
