Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee our fabrication and installation processes at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 workers, including kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet production and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review production reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent oral communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
