With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Heavy Civil projects, we have earned a reputation for maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every stage. Our expertise spans from smaller-scale initiatives to larger developments valued between $1m and $100m.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead safety initiatives for project teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee daily project operations, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
  • Administer prime contracts and subcontracts, negotiating and awarding subcontracts as needed
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, billing processes, and contract-related tasks such as RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, CONSULTANTS, ARCHITECTS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS TO ENSURE PROJECT SUCCESS

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater construction projects
  • Possession of a professional engineering designation (P.Eng), Gold Seal Certification (GSC), or a project management certification (PMP)
  • LEED experience or LEED AP designation considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of local construction markets
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects ranging from $10 million to $100 million
  • Experience with complex mechanical, process, and electrical systems commissioning and startup
  • Exceptional leadership, motivational, and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • A service-driven, results-oriented approach to project delivery
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules
  • Eligibility for security clearances and possession of a valid driver's license
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
