Agriculture Banking District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agriculture Banking District Manager to lead our team in the Ottawa market. As a key member of our TD Agriculture Banking team, you will be responsible for executing and achieving customer/partner experience targets, leading Relationship Managers and Account Managers in developing creative and competitive credit solutions, and enhancing the TDBG brand by participating in network events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business plans to meet or exceed business targets for the Unit.
• Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships to drive business growth.
• Lead the process of setting performance objectives for the team and manage employees' compliance with all human resources policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, supporting an environment where the team escalates business challenges.
