Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies in North America to drive and close new business for our visual collaboration applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation
  • Utilize our CRM and other tools to identify and create new sales leads in the construction industry.
  • Attend regional and industry association events to establish relationships with potential customers.
Prospecting and Qualification
  • Engage prospects in product demos and identify key challenges and product fit.
  • Recommend appropriate products and related services to meet the needs of our customers.
Revenue Growth
  • Proactively seek new opportunities and close business in the construction industry through a combination of annual software subscriptions and related services.
  • Provide regular reports on plans, activities, and learnings to the sales and marketing team.
Relationship Building
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with existing accounts, industry consultants, and Nialli resellers to develop new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide insights and high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Experience with social selling via LinkedIn.
  • Experience with CRM and other technology tools (HubSpot).
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to different segments of the construction industry.
  • Positive and results-driven attitude and flexibility in responding to changing requirements and priorities.
