Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet customer demands.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu development and promotions.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance, attendance, and training.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
