JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned accurately and efficiently
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide exceptional customer experiences

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
