About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Manage cash handling and oversee payroll administration.
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring they are equipped to support the store's operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
