Inventory Coordinator

Job Description: As an Inventory Coordinator at Brandt, you will be responsible for placing customer orders across our extensive network of locations. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to multiple web applications and technical programs.
- Provide accurate pricing and shipping times to customers
- Assist customers by navigating multiple parts lookup systems
- Offer support to other Brandt field staff members
- Negotiate with vendors to provide customers with various options
- Pursue continuous training to maintain exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a harmonious working environment
- Perform various tasks as assigned
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous industry experience is advantageous but not necessary. Strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Estimated Salary: $52,500 per annum.
