Are you looking for a challenging retail management role? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you at Dollarama L.P. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.

The successful candidate will ensure that company rules and regulations are communicated and adhered to by all team members. This includes conducting accurate and timely inventory counts to maintain optimal stock levels. Additionally, they will enforce established merchandising practices and participate in recruitment and training activities for new employees.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus pay and overtime opportunities. You can expect to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends required.

Beneftis include casual dress code, employee assistance program, extended health care, flexible schedule, and RRSP match. The ability to speak French is not necessary for this role but being able to efficiently organize time and manage priorities, having good leadership and communication skills, and being able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
