Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
