VIVO LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor Workloads: Keep track of personnel workloads and locations to optimize operations.
- Provide Critical Information: Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
- Dispatch Personnel: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to meet customer demands.
- Operate Radio Equipment: Use dispatching equipment to process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate activities.
- Train and Develop: Will train and develop skills to ensure personnel are equipped to handle various tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train and develop skills to ensure personnel are equipped to handle various tasks.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
