About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that drives online sales growth and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the optimization of our e-commerce platform, including site content, merchandising, and search functionality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to elevate the online experience and bring the brand to life.
  • Work closely with the Director of Digital to identify opportunities for A/B testing and CRO to continually improve customer experience and critical KPIs.
  • Play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience across all digital and marketing channels, including email, SEO, paid media, and stores.
  • Be grounded in data and use customer insights to track, measure, and deliver agreed KPIs.
  • Leverage technology stack to deliver personalized online shopping experiences.
  • Work closely with IT and product teams to deliver best-in-class product data strategy enabled by investment in PIM technology and processes.
  • Work closely with department heads to align requirements and secure resources to deliver digital projects successfully.
  • Contribute as a member of the E-commerce Leadership team, establishing governance processes to ensure objectives are met, risks are appropriately managed, and the department's resources are used responsibly.
  • Manage relationships with external partners for application development and maintenance or to acquire third-party solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
