Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join our team, focusing on our Vendor Insights Platform. As an ambassador for the platform, you will help vendors better understand and utilize our reports, unlocking valuable insights that drive business growth.

In this role, you will lead training sessions for new and existing users, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for vendor partners">
  • Create and maintain high-quality reference materials within our LMS">
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to provide feedback on upcoming initiatives">
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute various training projects">
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and internal partners">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and analytics">
