Food Service Manager

At Bar Burrito, we're seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
