**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bus Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for completing design tasks, Bill of Material releases, and projects from concept to implementation in production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Complete design tasks and project assignments that support production activities.
  • Coordinate own tasks to ensure schedule and dates are met, considering vendor and production lead times.
  • Create designs that meet customer specifications, Technical Summaries, and other contract documents.
  • Ensure compliance with design criteria and all applicable regulations.
  • Conduct controlled testing of components and installations to meet contractual obligations.
  • Prepare technical drawings and release documents according to Engineering procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A college degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in bus design engineering.
  • Registered with CTTAM (Canadian Technical Tickit Manufacturers Association).
  • Strong CAD/Unigraphics Drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
