Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
