Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at K2 MART CHATHAM. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash and maintain a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail business environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility, organized, and reliable with a team player attitude
