K2 MART CHATHAM is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our gas station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock orders.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
