Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

K2 MART CHATHAM is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide staff members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
