Job Description

Pioneer Construction Inc. is seeking a reliable Hauling Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and optimize routes using computer equipment and GPS technology to minimize fuel consumption and reduce carbon emissions.
  • Collaborate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain high levels of professionalism in customer service.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and well-maintained.
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including preventive maintenance tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles) and excellent driving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
