At Stryker Canada ULC, we are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Loaner Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and restocking instrument and implant kits, performing monthly/quarterly inventory activities, assembling new kit fleet additions, and packaging loaner instrument and implant sets for shipping.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education and 3 years of relevant work experience in the Medical and/or Supply Chain field. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, build and leverage cross-functional relationships, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accepting loaner requests from Sales Coordinators and processing them in a timely manner.
  • Executing rush shipment requests during high-intensity situations.
  • Communicating kit deviations to Sales Coordinators and Sales Representatives where appropriate.
  • Maintaining accompanying documentation in preparation for shipping and supporting the supply of literature, samples, and promotional materials where needed.
  • Maintaining all kits by managing replacements and assembling additional kits as required.
  • Accurately recording kit and item usage within the ERP system, alerting appropriate personnel of receipt discrepancies.
  • Participating in daily and quarterly inventory counts of all sub-inventories.
  • Identifying, recording, segregating, and reporting obsolete/expired, damaged, dirty, and non-compliant kit inventory.
  • Responding to RAQA Product Inquiries.
