About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Kit Coordinator - Supply Chain Specialist. This role involves receiving and restocking instrument and implant kits, performing monthly/quarterly inventory activities, assembling new kit fleet additions, and packaging loaner instrument and implant sets for shipping.

The successful candidate will have experience in the medical and/or supply chain field, with a strong background in document management, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing loaner requests from Sales Coordinators in a timely manner
  • Executing rush shipment requests during high-intensity situations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating kit deviations to stakeholders
  • Managing inventory levels, identifying obsolete or damaged items, and reporting discrepancies
What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3 years' relevant work experience in the medical and/or supply chain field
