Job Summary:

The Loaner Coordinator is a key member of the Stryker Canada ULC team, responsible for managing the loaner inventory and ensuring timely delivery of medical devices to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loaner inventory, including receiving, restocking, and shipping of medical devices.
  • Process loaner requests from sales coordinators and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with sales coordinators and representatives regarding kit deviations and other issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of loaner inventory and shipments.
  • Participate in daily and quarterly inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3 years' relevant work experience in the medical and/or supply chain field
