Restaurant Operations Manager

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial liquor legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Financial Management: Balance cash and complete accurate financial reports to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and enforce company regulations to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Cost products and services, and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide exceptional service to maintain a positive reputation for the store.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours of work per week.
