About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Aboriginal People's Television Network Incorporated.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your exceptional communication skills and passion for sales to drive business growth and build strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving booking discrepancies, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve booking invoice discrepancies
  • Monitor developing external trends, policies, programs, and issues with actual or potential impact on APTN
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling additional products or services to existing clients
  • Ensure campaign performance via make goods, audience tracking, and bonusing
  • Provide clients with detailed information about products and services and address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Work with the team to understand pricing strategies, sell-outs, revenue management data, and how to implement
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with an Indigenous organization as well as knowledge of Indigenous cultural perspectives is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and broadcast-specific software is required

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
