We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at GOLD HAWK IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, determining and establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering electronic inquiries, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, performing data entry, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Determine and establish office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer electronic inquiries from clients and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked workspace
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week.
