Your role is to engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for. You will be passionate about AE & Aerie products and excited to make product suggestions that fit each guest's needs.

You will also share your enthusiasm for the brand with every guest, introducing them to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Your ability to hang in any zone of the store will allow you to easily flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

In this role, you will be an innovative problem solver, making your guests' day a priority and proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You will be a team player, always willing to assist your colleagues in getting the job done.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You love interacting with people and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You love AE and Aerie products and have knowledge of their features and benefits.
  • You have worked in retail before and possess excellent customer service skills.
