**Job Overview**

The Event & Content Marketing Specialistis a core member of the Marketing Team. The primary focus of the Event & Content Marketing Specialistwill be to lead all event, affiliation, and PR marketing initiatives. Your growth mindset will shape our marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Events & Experiential Marketing_
- Plan, manage and support event sponsorship programs
- Plan and organize events including trade shows, community outreach events and internal corporate events
- Working through our OEM partnerships, develop relationships with external agencies to obtain product visibility at events and increase product exposure
- Assist in developing and execute dealerships and store product awareness and training programs
- Content Creation & Management_
- Create product photography plans, conduct photoshoots, and manage photography ambassadors
- Write insightful and engaging content in the form of product copy, taglines, press releases, blog posts,, website content, social posts etc.
- Assist in executing the voice and tone of Napier’s brand message, ensuring consistent and accurate brand messaging throughout the market
- Assist in the development of product packaging, instructions, drawings, catalogues etc.
- Public Relations_
- Maintain and enhance Napier’s online reputation by actively monitoring and managing customer reviews across all platforms.
- Support the execution of PR programs; build relationships and connections by contacting journalists, bloggers, influencers, media outlets, publications, and other relevant individuals.
- Keep editorial calendars and media lists up to date
- Assist the digital team in creating social media strategies to increase engagement, reach and impressions
- Affiliate Programs_
- Assist in influencer outreach campaigns from concept to execution
- Seek and obtain product ambassadors and social influencers
- Develop cross-promotional contest campaigns with associated companies
- Other:_
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet the organization’s objectives
- Participate in the development of sales programs and implementation to help grow revenue
- Analyze and report the ROI for all marketing campaigns to management
- Create analytical reports such as product trending, channel penetration, market trends, competitor analysis etc.
- Identify new product opportunities and understand competitors’ position within the market

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
