About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to join our team at Pharmacy Coach Drug Store (LN1) Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish clear objectives and goals for the organization, and ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards these objectives.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail establishment, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
    • Ensure that all operational processes are efficient and effective, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Ensure that all team members are working effectively together to achieve business objectives.
  • Technology and Systems
    • Manage and maintain MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook systems.
    • Ensure that all technology and systems are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place and being followed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to security and safety incidents.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Ensure that all team members are working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or wholesale establishment.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week.
