About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to join our team at M.A.S. JEWELRY INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve business objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail establishments, including sales, marketing, and customer service
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
    • Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement long-term business plans to drive growth and profitability
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the retail or jewelry industry
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
    • Experience with budgeting and financial management
